Volunteer with some great people
Volunteers are critical to the success of our organization. Volunteering is also a wonderful way to meet others in the community, to expand your knowledge, and to experience "behind-the-scenes" museum operations - all while supporting a wonderful and worthwhile mission.
Whether you are passionate about sharing Marshall's remarkable life story with others or simply want to experience working in a museum environment, the George C. Marshall International Center affords many opportunities for individuals who are interested in history, gardening, collections management, retail, marketing, and development.
Volunteer areas include serving a docent in the museum, working in our bookshop, maintaining the Marshalls rose and vegetable gardens; supporting special exhibitions and events; caring for and cataloguing museum artifacts; and helping with mailings and other administrative projects.
Internships may also be constructed for students of historic preservation, museum management, and marketing/public relations.
Contact our Adminstrative Assistant at (703) 777-1880 or tours@georgecmarshall.org to learn more about volunteering at Dodona Manor.
